Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
After graduating in 2008 Taryn travelled and worked in public hospitals in Australia and the UK. After having 4 children in quick succession a passion for all things pelvic health grew. Taryn has completed her masters in Continence and Pelvic Health. Completed further training in Women’s Health, the Female Athlete, pessary management (conservative management of pelvic organ prolapse) and strength and conditioning.
Taryn loves treating women throughout their life stages. Puberty, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Peri-menopause and Menopause. Assisting with bladder and bowel problems, pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction.
Taryn’s goal is to empower woman in reaching their goals, be that returning to running or strength training after having children, overcoming prolapse symptoms and incontinence, having pain free intercourse and everything in between. I place emphasis on education, exercise, mindset changes and stress management strategies to allow women to live life to the fullest.
Her favourite type of motion is running, lifting weights, touch rugby and keeping up with her very active kids.
