Exercise Physiologist

Bec is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist completing her Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science with a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021 at Murdoch University. Since graduating Bec has worked with a variety of clients with a range of musculoskeletal injuries within the workers compensation scheme as well as older adults, helping to improve their strength and balance.


Bec is very passionate about exercise and movement and how moving our bodies can play a vital role in maintaining our health and wellbeing, whether that be physical, mental or both. This passion stems from Bec’s extensive history in playing netball and being physically active from a young age and wants to assist people reach their goals and maintain a good quality of life for as long as possible.


As an Exercise Physiologist, Bec has a keen interest in neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries and chronic diseases, such as Diabetes and Osteoporosis. 


When Bec is not in the clinic, she is either playing netball, reading a good book, hanging out with friends, or spending quality time with her nephews.
