PROmotion is made up of a team of like-minded health professionals - physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, a massage therapist, sports podiatrists and a wonderful admin team who all love what they do.  Our team value working with their clients, not on them, using evidence based treatments that target the root cause of the problem. We deliver high-level professional treatment programs that educate our clients and encourage commitment to their long-term improvement. We also believe in giving back to our community, which is why we are affiliated with various amateur sporting clubs and will often be seen at the finish line of fun runs, swims and various community events.

 

What We Have To Offer

 

The growth of our already established Physio and Pilates clinic has allowed us to expand, and in 2018 we moved to an architecturally designed, purpose built clinic in the convenient Claremont location. In moving, we have designed the space to not only be equipped with private treatment and consulting rooms, a large clinical Pilates studio and an area for video analysis of running, bike fit and viMove for objectively measuring functional movement patterns but to house a separate functional rehab gym to meet the needs of our clients.

 

Essential Requirements

 

• Remedial Massage Therapist (qualification recognised with private health providers) with at least 2 years experience working in a clinical setting 

• A reputation of exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with co-workers and other health care professionals as well as the ability to build client relationships. 

• Professional indemnity insurance & current first aid/CPR training 

• Previous experience managing clients with chronic illness and excellent communications 

• 3-4 Shifts per week, including a Saturday morning shift. 

• Date of Locum: Monday 28th October- 30th November.
