  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with co-workers and health care professionals as well as the ability to build client relationships.

  • National Police Clearance certificate

  • Comfortable with the use of technology/computers

Our clinic is a beautiful architecturally designed warehouse conversion and comprises of private treatment and consulting rooms, a large clinical Pilates studio, fully equipped functional rehab gym as well as separate areas for group exercise. We believe in getting the best outcome for our patients and believe that we have created a clinic that can meet and exceed expectations.

Who you are

A personable and passionate casual/part time receptionist who is dedicated to exceeding client expectations. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming and greeting patients, answering busy phone lines, billing via Hicaps and Eftpos and records management. Your professional friendly manner and excellent customer service skills will assist you to work in our busy clinic

Key Responsibilities at PROmotion:

  • Customer Service – Provide an outstanding point of interaction for our clients, welcoming to the clinic and organising client schedules and queries.

  • Processing Eftpos and HICAPS payments

  • Quick learner and confident with technology, answering phones, handling inquiries, make bookings, data recording, stocktake and product management

  • Passionate about Health and seeing clients reach their goals

  • Practitioner Support – following up on communication between clients, practitioners and doctors/specialists as required

  • Maintaining a clean clinic environment for clients and staff
