Kelsey Holman
Physiotherapist
Kelsey has recently returned to her home state of Western Australia after an eight-year stint on the east coast. With degrees in Sports and Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology from the University of WA, Kelsey moved to Melbourne in 2013 to continue her postgraduate studies in the Doctor of Physiotherapy program. Since graduating, Kelsey has been working in private practice and community sport in the regional city of Albury-Wodonga.
Given her background, Kelsey has a keen interest for the sports industry and has been fortunate to work across a variety of codes including School Sport WA hockey and basketball, SEABL, Victorian Indoor Netball and as a volunteer at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. As a sports trainer throughout her studies, Kelsey has ten years of injury management experience across WAFL, VFL and AFL clubs.
From junior athletes to weekend warriors and elite sportspeople, Kelsey is passionate about using her knowledge of injury prevention and functional rehabilitation to assist clients in their return to activity with long term success.
Kelsey’s favourite types of MOTION include swimming, netball, gym workouts and coastal walks.
