Rachel Kelly​

Rachel graduated from Notre Dame university with a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries, functional rehabilitation and movement. Her first encounter with a physiotherapist was during her running season at surf club where she was introduced to pilates. She knew then how much it could help her with her imbalances and injuries and was determined to show others how it could help them to. 

Rachel has worked in private practises in both Perth and Adelaide gaining experience in a number of different injuries. She recently took time out to travel abroad and live and travel in Canada. This time away just cemented Rachel's passion for working as a Physio and the desire to help her patients live a pain free life. 

Rachel underwent a year long pilates course and has now completed an extensive yoga instructor training course. She uses her knowledge in movement and exercise to help with injury prevention and rehabilitation and is happy to help anyone achieve their movement goals. 

Rachel's favourite MOTION is running, snowboarding, surfing, yoga and hiking up mountains all over the world.
