Liz is a Women’s Health and Continence Physiotherapist having completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate degree at Curtin University.
She has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal injuries having worked in private practice over the past 15 years in Perth, the UK and Melbourne. Liz treats all areas of the body with particular interest in foot rehabilitation and hip pain.
Liz’s degree and knowledge in the continence and pelvic health field gives her the ability to mange specific bladder and bowel problems, pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction in both men and women. Liz has had two children herself and this provides her with the knowledge and life skills in working with those pregnant and postnatal.
She has a passion for women and men with pelvic health concerns returning to sport and exercise. She uses the combination of understand sports specific movement, pelvic floor muscle function and loads to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation.
Her favourite type of MOTION is swimming, running, adventure sports and playing sports with her kids.
