Part Time Receptionist Role Available

PROmotion Health is seeking a part time receptionist to join our team in Claremont. PROmotion is a busy allied health clinic providing quality patient care through physiotherapy, exercise physiology, massage, podiatry and dietetics.

We require a part time receptionist for 20-25 hours a week with availability for both early starts (7am) and late finishes (7pm) throughout the week and the occasional Saturday morning. PROmotion is open between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Liaise with the Practice Manager regarding administrative tasks to be performed.

  • Collaborate and communicate clearly with other members of the reception team. 

  • Management of all tasks throughout the shift regarding bookings, payments, settlement and data entry.

  • Assist the clinicians in the delivery of their services to our clients.

  • Successful at working as part of a team

  • Previous experience in an administrative role

  • An understanding of client relationships

  • Excellent computer skills with exceptional accuracy

  • Able to work under pressure, with instruction & in unsupervised situations

  • Professional presentation and punctual
