Jemma Keeves

Jemma is a passionate physiotherapist who graduated from The University of Notre Dame Australia in 2010 with a first-class honours degree. Jemma has recently returned from Melbourne where she has worked in a private rehabilitation hospital for over 10 years specialising in amputee rehabilitation and management of traumatic injuries.


Over the last five years, Jemma has combined her clinical work with research, undertaking a PhD through Monash University exploring access to healthcare services following serios injury which she is due to compete in June 2022.

Jemma has also completed further clinical training in amputee rehabilitation, dry needling and vestibular physiotherapy which she uses to provide tailored treatments to her patients. With an extensive range of clinical experiences, Jemma is motivated to provide functional and holistic care, focused on helping individuals achieve their specific goals.

With a background in competitive swimming, Jemma has a keen interest in high level rehabilitation, particularly for people living with a lower limb amputation.

Jemma’s favourite MOTION is, running, swimming, cycling and hiking, particularly in foreign countries.
